The Insta-File Agreed Divorce™ is a straight-forward deal. Basically, whatever your divorce takes to complete, so long as it is done with the agreement of your soon-to-be-ex, our fee is $175.00 and you cover whatever filing fees the court charges.

Does your divorce have children? Our fee is $175.00 plus the filing fee the county charges for a divorce with children.

Does your divorce require a deed to transfer the interest in the marital residence from one spouse to another? We draft the deed for you in addition to the normal documents. Our fee is $175.00 plus the county filing fees for the divorce and the recording of the deed.

Does your divorce divide a retirement plan? That requires a document called a Qualified Domestic Relations Order ('QDRO'). A QDRO would normally cost you several hundred dollars extra. Again, our fee is $175.00 plus whatever filing fees the county charges
